Deadlifts
5x8 @ 140

Muscle ups
Either on a pullup bar or Olympic rings, depending which gym I'm at.
3 x 3-6

Wide grip pull ups (strict form)
3 sets to fail

Bent over rows (under hand grip)
4x12 @ 80

Hang power cleans
20 reps @ 60 in as few sets as possible

Inverterd rows (TRX or similar suspension)
2x12
1x30 rest pause as required until all reps are completed
