Currently working at one of the bigger chain health clubs around the UK, owned by some scottish bloke on dragons den? ha
Always had an interest in sports and fitness from a young age, was abit of a tomboy playing football with the boys, and a good runner! Used to win long distance 800m,1500m races on sports day and town sports. Then I went through my rebelious teens and became more girly, and my interest in fitness and football dropped.
After meeting my partner, Liam Larkin,an elite personal trainer, he has brought the competitive and fitness goal oriented girl out of me that I used to be. I have completed my gym instructor course and am now taking my personal trainer award, and have great experience and knowledge from both working, and working out in the gym. My partner has also taught me a great deal also. I enjoy my training, try and mix it up a lot as I find my body adapts to routines and exercises easily. I love spinning, Im preety good at making my own routines up to music, especially if theres good music "ibiza spin"! I love putting routines, together! FUNKYFIT!
I enjoy using kettlebells alsom, as they really work! Hard work, but work! and can cut workouts in half!! I have also joined this site to meet women who have similiar goals to me/ who have achieved their goals or are really interested and dedicated to fitness! I find it hard to find women that are reliable, I would really like a workout partner to spur me on, and to swap ideas and techniques with! I have no problem training with men, but I feel some feel a little worried that I may have better technnique than them and show them up! haha I would really like to meet or just speak to female fitness people just to compare ideas etc!
I have also found out that I have a what intolerance and also my body doesnt like startchy foods like potaoes! Which is a nightmare when looking and writing food plans, as bread and potatoes usually add to my protein and other vege sorce and keep me full! So Im battling through that, any suggestions and reccomendations welcome!! I would quite like to become a fitness model, my inspiration is Jenniffer Nicole Lee (american personal trainer/entrapenur) Nothing better than being curvy, lean and strong! "Strong is the new sexy" So this is my main focus this year! No messing about now, this is my year!!
