I've decided to create my Facebook page to help, support and motivate family, friends and followers (soon to be friends) to become fitter and healthier. I will share my current training routines, supplements intake and healthy eating plans I am consuming. I am just a regular guy, I have no fitness industry qualifications but I do follow some professionals and will call on them to share their advice and knowledge with us all. I will give my 100% honest opinion and review any products I buy or get to trial.
About me, at present I am a HGV driver and work long days so training is worked around my job. I previously served in the British Army where I injured my right elbow severley. I piled on the weight and it was the 1st January 2012 I decided things were going to change and have since lost 3 1/2 stone and am well on my way to my target weight. Following certain people on Facebook helped and educated me, so if I can help anyone out there I will certainly do my best to do so.
