Alexandra Black

Bio:
Fit and healthy mother of three. Studying Philosophy and Politics at Edinburgh University, working part time and keeping fit with HIIT training and strength training two or three times a week. Current goals are a deep press up - 50kg deadlift and an unassisted pull-up!  


Since writing this I have now managed the press up and am up to 58kg deadlift so moving on to a bit more explosive action by way of box jumps and to suceed in a wide grip unassisted pull up.
