I enjoy a healthy active lifestyle, running and cycling and I'm currently a 1st Dan Black Belt in Wado Ryu karate.


I help people with their inner and outer nutrition, wellness and weight loss goals as well as providing teams and clubs with sports nutrition.

I offer free wellness evaluations to anyone seriously interested in improving their lifestyle through balanced nutrition. I became a distributor after I used the products, I dropped 8% body fat in 8 weeks, felt energised and after 7 years of discomfort I've seen a huge improvement in a skin condition on my hands which I can now live a lot easier with since having a healthy Herbalife shake for breakfast. Doctor's had confirmed that the problem was from within and not a contact allergy, the products don't claim to be a cure but I believe they've certainly helped to keep the problem at bay.
