Banana Protein Bread - My most popular creation

Ingredients
Part 1:
170g instant hot oat cereal or oat flour
2 scoops whey protein
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
10g Splenda
2 tsp cinnamon
50g raisins
Part 2:
1 whole egg
150ml water
1 large banana
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees
2. In a large bowl combine ingredients from 'part 1'
3. In a medium bowl combine ingredients from 'part 2'
4. Mix through contents of 'part 1' with 'part 2'
5. Grease a bread tin and then empty mixture and spread evenly
6. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes
Per Slice (makes 8)

protein: 9g
carbs: 21g
fat: 3g

Hello Harry,
Proteins don't denature as such, but they do break down into their constituent amino acids. The issue is more to do with losing some of the structural benefits of the peptides.
