Protein Porridge

Ok so this is my recipe for protein porridge, I make mine the night before and eat it cold in the morning. There are i'm sure many different recipes for this but here's mine :).

Ingredients

~Protein brand and flavour of choice
~Oats
~Water
~Almonds/Other Nuts
~Linseeds/Pumpkin Seeds/Sunflower Seeds or any others you may desire
~Peanut Butter/Other Nut Butters
~Strawberries/Raspberries/Blueberries - Or any others you desire
~Anything else you may wish to add

Preparation - Amounts can change depending on your own requirements

~Put 60g (2 Large protein powder scoops) of Oats in cereal bowl
~Add 1 scoop of flavoured protein
-Add 1/2 scoop of linseeds
~Add scoop of pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds
~Add handful of almonds (5-10)
~Add cold water (enough to mix ingredients together, you can always add more if your unsure and don't put enough in initially)
~Mix all ingredients together with a fork making sure you mix in all protein powder, add more water to help if needed
~Cover with cling film and place in fridge overnight
~Wake up in the morning, uncover and stir a spoon of peanut butter in and add the berries on top and enjoy :)

Hope you all enjoy
