What are some workout tips for skinny people who want to put on mass quickly?

I was looking for some tips on what food and supplements to take to quickly put on muscle mass on skinny males?

Hi Elliot,

The best tip if you are young, male, skinny and have a fast metabolism is to EAT! Eat everything and on top of your diet of good proteins, fats, vegetables and fruits, eat lots of high-carbohydrate foods you enjoy. Don't pay any attention to advice to "watch your carbs" or to avoid sugar - that is for people with slower metabolisms...NOT YOU!

For most guys, hitting your very high calorie needs means a weight gainer product comes in very handy. Not just because they have lots of quality protein, carbs and calories but because they're convenient and easy to prepare quickly. Also, they're cheaper that quality food on a calorie-per-calorie basis!
