What is the best snack/meal in the evening when bulking but keeping the same body fat?

I'm trying to bulk and gain muscle at the moment, but also making sure that I keep the same body fat %, what would be the best type of meals in the evening (after 7pm) when trying to bulk but stay lean?

You can't bulk and expect and not gain some fat, but there are things that you can do to minimise fat storage.
My first point is that late at night, I would keep carbohydrates low to moderate even when bulking. Eat plenty of green vegetables with your protein, and add some slow release carbohydrates such as brown rice or sweet potato. Theoretically you still have 2 meals to go from 7pm, perhaps the second meal would be your casein protein shake/desert before bed.
When you're bulking, still do a small amount of CV. This means that you can potentially eat more overall calories from the right sorts of foods which, and it gets directed to muscle rather than fat.
Remember you can continue to snack on small amounts of mixed nuts, and drink plenty of water.
