How much avocado should I eat?

How often? Could I eat a whole avocado per day?

Hi Matthew,

There are no issues with eating avocado for health purposes but despite being composed of "healthy fats", they are pretty high in fat and more importantly, calories, so if your goal is to lose fat, eat moderate amounts of avocado and adjust your intake down if you have a week in which you don't lose weight / fat / inches.
