I used Jack3d and it made my ears tingle? Normal?

Its actually wasn't a nice feeling at all and I just wonder how normal this is?

I must admit that I have tried many of these pre training stimulants, and I to got the tingling in my ears. I think this is an effect of the beta alanine.

Yes, there are two common ingredients that cause skin tingling - Beta Alanine and Niacin...Both are useful for pre-workout use and so appear in these types of products. Jack3d only contains the Beta Alanine (not niacin) so that's what you're feeling. There is no evidence that this is harmful but it can be slightly uncomfortable.
