How do I lose my fat bum?

I have been working out for a while and watching my diet. I have lost a lot of weight and everywhere and the majority of my body has become very toned - However it is not shifting from my bum. I have been doing exercises to target this area, however there seems to be little change...

Can anyone recommend a way that I can work on toning my bum?

Hello Cloe,

When you say bum, what do you mean exactly? Is it your actual ass itself, or do you mean the side bits of your upper legs. Also, are you Caucasion, Afro-Caribean, Asian, etc as this will influence your bum.

Cloe I agree that it is better to know exactly where you are storing this fat to know exactly how to lose it. Stair master is very good answer but have to realise that spot reduction not good and not work.

Especially if you already exercise regularly (and especially if your exercise sessions are already intense and of a long enough duration), 80% of your fat-loss efforts will occur through diet.
