Yes, in most Western countries they are legal - although in Canada, they haven't been approved yet (in Canada, you have to register your supplement product and it has to be approved). There is speculation in both the USA and UK that they could get banned at some point.

However, most doping agencies and sports organizations have banned the active chemical, 1,3 dimethylamylamine (aka methyhexanamine).
