Any advice for improving my clean/jerk 1 rep max?

I'm all about strength and power as you know

My advice is to break down the movement. Most people have a weak spot. Are you better at the first phase or the second phase...where do you typically fail when you go heavy?

This will reveal the target for improvement.

With the clean and jerk, it's usually the jerk that needs work. This is where technique and speed of movement are everything. So if this is the case with you, focus especially on the speed and technique of the jerk portion of the movement. All good Olympic lifters make this movement seamlessly and do it very quickly, using very impressive amounts of power.

For the clean portion, generally, if you can continue to improve your deadlift, you'll continue to improve the amount of weight you can handle in the clean portion of the lift. So have a "traditional" strength day in which you do heavy deadlifts, squats, lunges, etc.
