Is Muscletech Neurocore any good?

The early feedback is that it is very strong - probably very similar to Jack3d.

MuscleTech claim that their alternative form of the main active ingredient - Geranium Robertianum - is a natural source of the strong stimulant 1,3 dimethylamylamine (whereas there has been quite a bit of suggestion that the "1,3" in Jack3d is an added chemical).

Also, the MuscleTech product contains the full research-proven dose of Beta Alanine and a very big dose of L-citrulline (which is probably one of the most potent nitric oxide boosters).

So this does seem to be one of the best pre-workouts available judging from the formula. Not sure what the price will be and as with any 1,3 dimethylamylamine / geranium product, if you haven't used them before, start with a half dose as this stuff can be too powerful for some people!
