Ramadan fast is about to start. Should I add fat to my casein/food?

I meant to ask before but forgot.

Hello Moham,

I would certainly ensure you take in some healthy fats. I would suggest either a quarter of an avocado, or a handful of mixed nuts. That should be sufficient.

You could be creative and add some almond butter to your chocolate casein (assuming you are drinking chocolate), to give you that chocolate peanut butter effect.

Yes Moham,

If you struggle to keep weight on and maintain muscle, then adding fat to your shakes is useful. In addition to what Dan has suggested, I would say you could also add extra virgin olive oil (very healthy stuff) and/or take fish oil capsules (if you don't eat oily fish at least twice per week).
