right I have taken jack3D and I have a mixed response as usual: first of all I must start by saying Im not that sensitive to caffeine unless its in high doses..but the main thing that Geranium gave me was tingling as soon as I took it but my poundage hasnt increased that much in weightlifting..i thought Id try it with cardio which only mildly increased my distance in running but thats about it.
I would love to have a better pre workout formula that will give me an edge ( I feel like Im a mule with a body that drugs cant penetrate lol)

Tingling - that was from the beta alanine. This is a form of an amino acid that boosts carnosine levels so as to lower lactate levels in muscle. This allows you to partake in high-intensity exercise for longer.
Probably the best performance enhancer for your cardio would be caffeine. Research is very strong showing that caffeine increases endurance performance and there is also some research on it improving resistance training performance but it isn't as strong. One trick with caffeine is to only use it before workouts (about 200 to 300mg...and NOT from coffee, coffee has chemicals that negate the benefits of caffeine)
Assuming your diet is good, the best supplements for increasing strength are: 1) creatine - the safest and most effective natural performance enhancer ever 2) beta alanine - 3.2 grams per day and you will start to notice improvements 3) NO (nitric oxide) boosters - there are several 4) stimulants like caffeine and geranium / 1,3 dimethylamylamine 5) Ribose - a bit expensive and not that effective.

I usually take the Creatine before and after my training sessions but as far as cardio is concerned im trying to lay off it now as Im noticing more muscle loss due to over training.
I haven't taken any beta alanine though nor the NO boosters but if you recommend them I will definitely take your advice buddy.

Beta alanine helps with weight training but not dramatically in most people. It is best for HIIT-type training and for people who compete in anaerobic sports.
NO boosters almost all contain caffeine and many contain beta alanine and the 1,3 DAA.
It's the ingredients like citrulline, arginine, cocoa, etc that gives you the pump. The ones I like best at the moment are Animal Rage and Power Shock but different ones work better for different people.
