Any advice on pocket size mass building fast food?

Whilst working on the wards in the hospital, I rarely have time to stop and catch a breather let alone eat, from around 8.45 am till 1pm and most days from 2pm till 5.30pm. Whilst I believe I have got my meals sorted and personalised to my requirements following some great advice on this website and many others, I am struggling to find time to keep calorie and protein intake high during these times
I am going into a mass building phase and would like some advice and pointing in the right direction on any products/recipes that I can carry around preferably in my pocket, without anyone noticing, so I can keep my calorie and protein intake up between mealtimes.

You can eat several per day depending upon your goals and your progress towards your weight-gain targets.

I have been hearing a lot about beef jerky, and I am aware that the organic varieties can be pretty good. At Bodypower in Birmingham this year, there was a stand giving away free beef jerky - I was impressed!
