Is l-carnitine bad for the health? If I get it now and stop it, will I gain weight again and slow down my metabolism? And which is better, tablets or drinks?

Helps heart, brain and receptor sites to increase metabolism.
There are different kinds. Like a lot of things, more is better. The L form
is available in liquid(tartrate) but a mix is probably best.
I prescribe Quadracarn by Beverly International and sell lots of it.
It works a bit but can be defeated by some sweets/carbs..
I don't know of any research showing big losses but it does provide a little edge for those that are strict.
