Can you give me some post workout meal ideas?

Just wondering if anyone could give me a few great post workout meals, around 5 would be great!
Ideally for creating muscle!

Next you can eat anything that contains at least 20 grams of protein from eggs, dairy, meat or fish combined with the same carb recommendation as above - good carbs are bread, mashed potato, rice and pasta.
I'm no chef...I just eat for "fuel" and "recovery"...taste is a bonus. So I'll leave the recipe bit for some one else to take up!

When you say post workout meal I am assuming you mean the meal about 1 hour after you post training protein shake?
I like to have something reasonably light post training, so I would go for salmon with mixed green vegetables and sweet potato mash. With this meal I get protein, fasts, carbohydrates and plenty of vitamins and minerals from the green vegetables.
