Can you advise me on my training to get lean?

At the moment I am just trying to get myself into shape, in other words get as lean as I can so I can see my abs. I'm close but I feel that if I increase the time on stairmaster I will bomb out, as I do 45mins weights before. I also do all my training in the morning after my breakfast. Standard breakfast is whey protein shake, 30g to 60g oats depending on what I eat for my cheat. Any advise would be helpful.

If you are doing 2 1/2 or 3 hours of a good balance of high-intensity interval training and cardio plus 3 weight sessions per week, then don't try to do more exercise because this is not your issue.
Start strategically removing and/or replacing carbs and calories from you diet.
