Dan you told me to reduce my creatine intake daily to 3g from 10g, I was wondering what sort of effect this would have would i feel more tired and have a slower recovery?
The only protein I have been taking is pharma whey and creatine after training, is there a better product for me? I would like to reduce body fat and gain around 6 pounds.
My training consists mainly of bodyweight exercise being a gymnast but some kettlebells and medicine ball work.
thanks :)

The creatine article is out, so I hope that answers your questions, but feel free to question us further if it doesn't.

Specifically, the difference between taking 3g and 10g will not be significant. At 3g a day, I believe you will reach your creatine saturation. Ay 10g a day, you will exceed that, and simply excrete the excess.
