Do you eat the bacon fat as well Mr Elston?

I always thought bacon was bad because it was fatty and salty?

Hi Jenna.

Bare in mind I don't actually add addition salt to my foods throughout the day and as bacon is still a good source of protein, taking in this extra fat and salt in my morning breakfast isn't going to damper my results in any way. If you are worried about the fat content then you can always opt for extra lean cut bacon from say a butchers.

As I am currently in a mass phase of training and struggle to put on "bulk" any additional calories from the fat I will be grateful for also the additional saturated fat and cholesterol will help boost my testosterone levels which is essential for muscle growth.

Clearly this will all change once I start my dieting phase next year.
