When dieting is it okay to use herbs a spices or better to stay bland?

I hate dieting and I am very lazy, often eating really bland. Is it safe in the diet to add herbs ans spices?

Hello Joshua,

Absolutely you should using herbs and spice. If you were a competitive body builder or fitness model preparing for a shoot, you would not use such products within a week of the event as you would want to keep salt levels as low as possible, but up to that point, absolutely no problem at all, and in fact it is encouraged.
