When bulking do you still eat carbohydrates at night?

This might be a dumb ass question but carbs at night make you store fat, right?

Ultimately, this decision will come down to your metabolism. If you aren't gaining, despite eating lots of protein, calories, carbs, healthy fats, etc and you are supplementing appropriately, then you will have to add evening carbs. Often young guys who are of a lean build and/or are quite active have to consume calories at every opportunity to make good gains!
So keep an eye on the scales and the mirror and adjust your carb intake and when you take them accordingly.
