Hello @AndyOsteopath,

I normally take 8-10g of EAA's from 15mins prior to training into the 15mins of training. I add them to 15g of hydrowhey. This will circulate in your blood for about 3 hours, so you don't actually need post training EAA's, so I don't take them.

Yes Andy,

There is no established optimum dosage but the dosage that was shown to be effective was 6 grams right before training. This was shown to work better than whey protein given at the same time. As Dr Dan suggests, take some protein with carbs (creatine, lipoic acid, other insulin sensitisers, etc) about 3 hours after you've had your EAAs (no harm in having a shake right after training though.
