Another green tea question. Is green tea or a green tea supplement better?

I beleive and hope the supplement is better. More of a concentrated form.
It can be the equivalent to drinking 7-8 cups of green tea.

Green tea as a drink is effective but the supplement can be delivered in much more concentrated amounts when taken as an extract, which will have higher levels of the active catechin polyphenols (like epigallocatechin gallate).

...and...continued...studies have used standardized extracts, meaning higher "standardized" amounts of the polyphenols contained in green tea and these have had the most dramatic scientifically-studied results.
