I want to know if full & complete digestion of raw egg whites is possible or not? Is it true there is an undigestable enzyme in eggs/egg whites?

Your body has no problem digesting and absorbing raw egg protein and using those amino acids for muscle building. The issue with raw eggs is that they contain avidin, which is a glycoprotein that binds to the B vitamin biotin.
Therefore, biotin deficiency could result from eating too manyraw egg whites. Biotin deficiency is especially concerning for bodybuilders because biotin is required for the proper metabolism of fatty acids and also the most powerful amino acid (arguably) leucine.
I don't know of any undigestable enzymes in eggs, that probably stems from a misinterpretation of the effects of egg on biotin.
By cooking the egg whites, this binding is prevented.
