Hello Lindsey,

Yohimbine is interesting. So imagine on a "fat" cell you have a few different types of receptors. Some receptors up-regulate fat burn and others prevent fat burning. What yohimbine does is bind to the receptors that prevent fat burning. This means that hormones like noradrenaline/norepinephrine only bind to the receptors that up-regulate fat burning, so more fat gets burned. However, it is banned across most of the globe.

Yohimbine does have the desired effects on fat cells that Dan refers to and that would be expected to increase fat loss.

Yohimbine is not for everyone, as it can cause side effects such as tremors or anxiety, so start with a small dosage of any Yohimbine product to ensure you can tolerate it before using the full dosage.

The research for Yohimbine is strongest with regard to it being an effective treatment for erectile dysfunction in some men and there have even been reports of chronic priapism - an erection that won't go away! So we know that Yohimbine has potentially strong effects and probably increases blood flow. We also know that it is a herb that can give you an energy kick and even cause slight euphoria.

So again, start with a small dose and gradually increase and there's a good chance that you'll have a good effect from Yohimbine - especially if combined with 100 to 200mg of caffeine.

Be aware that Yohimbine is banned in the UK, Canada and most of Europe.
