I train five days per week, Monday and Wednesday high intensity boxing circuits Thursday Friday and Sunday I do weights.I eat a healthy selection of foods starting the day with a 20gram protein shake an hour later porridge oats 50grams, for dinner i have a tin of tuna with brown rice, evening meal chicken and brown rice and i will have some nuts for snacks and eggs and a carb/protein shake after training. I am also using 5 grams of creatine per day.I do this every day of the week but i still seem to stay around 11stone 12lb.Im not sure of my body fat percentage as i dont know how to measure it exactly but i know it would b above 15%.do i need to consume more carbs to build more muscle in order to burn fat or go through a bulking then cutting phase?or consume more protein even though im consuming 1gram of protein per pound.

fat
If you find you are gaining too much fat (you'll always gain some when you're bulking unless you've just started training hard), just do 6 weeks of bulking. If gains come a bit slower for you and you aren't gaining much fat, then go with a 10-week gaining strategy.
The difference in the length of the bulking stage is simply to do with your genetic predisposition to gaining fat and muscle (your metabolic rate and potential).

It is incredibly hard to do 2 things at once. Mark's advice is correct about doing one thing at a time-the nerds call this periodization-lol. The formula for building is adequate stimulation, hormones(mostly androgens), food(large amounts of protein), and recuperation(you grow when you rest).

You will most likely have to adopt a carb cylcing protocol but that does not mean you have to bulk and cut.
There have also been many who will say continous bulking and cutting will actually do you more harm than good.
There are several good personal trainers out there who can help you with your goals but be prepared to pay for them. You won't find them at your fitness first or virgin active gym.
