Hello Mike,

When I am not training, I normally do the following (and this is referring to EAA Stack by Universal as I do not know the dosages in other brands):

When Dieting
On waking - Always Optimum Nutrition Hydrowhey (30g unless morning CV which is 15g) + 2 large teaspoons of EAA's (say about 8g).

I then might take another 8g at a random time in the day depending on how I feel.

When not Dieting
On waking - PhD Pharma Whey (40g) + 2 large teaspoons of EAA's (8g) + 100mls of a purple flavour Innocent Smoothie + 3g of creatine.

And again, a similar shake late afternoon but without the creatine.

That's absolutely fine and great for guys who train extremely intensely like Dan. Remember, the most important time to take EAAs is pre-exercise. At other times, a whey protein is probably just about as effective but much cheaper!
