Can you give me some tips and losing body fat and maintaining muscle?

CurrentIy weight 13st8Ib with 10.8% body fat, any tips on how to Ioose the fat and not burn/loose muscIe! Need abs :p

at 10.8% you should be really close to seeing your abs.

im currently training 5times a week however only doing abs around 2-3days a week.

currently taking whey protein in morning, before and after workouts, (after workout shake includes whey, dextrose, and creatine). Also taking tribulas
