Mark Gilbert's recommendations are as follows - and I actually do this now for all my workouts.
Mix 15g hydrolysed protein and I use Optimum Nutrition Hydrowhey http://tiny.cc/0ceyx (Link takes you too TropicanaFitness)
Add about 10g of EAA's and I use Universal Nutrition EAA Stack http://tiny.cc/5fxaj (Link takes you to TropicanaFitness)
Make this up to about 600mls with cold water and shake. Start drinking 15mins before you train and you should be finished drinking within the first 15mins of training. This is based on research, and I have really found huge benefits to this, especially whilst dieting.
