Is It Good Idea To Take Whey Protein, Creatine Monohydrate & BCAA together Post Workout ?
Hello..!! I am a beginner In bodybuilding. Just wanna know wether is it ok to take Whey Protein, creatine monohydrate & BCAA together in the morning or post workout ? Some people say creatine monohydrate & BCAA should not be taken at same time because they cancel out each other & hence we won't get better results is this true ? then what is the best time to take them so that we can get good results ? All the answers will be appreciated please help. Thank you.
