Herbalife protein bars - good or not?

I've been having these for some time now, as a post-workout snack. They've got 150 calories (50 from fat),12 grams of protein, and on the nutrition panel it reads: -

Total fat-6g, Sodium-140mg, Potassium-150mg, Total carbs (fibre,sugar,"others")-16g, Vitamins/Minerals-23.

Are they okay to keep using - or are they impeding my weight loss?

Hi there, the protein bars are a great snack and can help weight loss as part of a controlled eating plan (using other Herbalife products or not). Do you follow any program at the moment? We are official Herbalife distributors and are happy to help if you like? :)

Thank you Matt. I do try to stick to about 1400 calories a day - and also make an effort to limit (refined) carbs and have more protein.

I'm fine during the day as I'm usually busy, but I REALLY struggle in the evenings not to pick at biscuits and crisps!

I exercise in the mornings because my gym membership is at the "wrinklies" rate - so I can only go Mon-Fri between 9am and 5pm.

Also, I have a whey protein drink in the mornings before exercise.

Something's obviously wrong with my eating regime, because I've lost hardly any weight in the last 6 months.

Any help or advice would be very welcome.

Regards,
