Creatine is made in the body from three amino acids - methionine, glycine and arginine.

However, the industrial production of creatine is achieved by combining the principal ingredients sarcosine with cyanamide.

Glycocamine results from the combination of glycine and cyanamide. It is the molecule that is converted into creatine in the liver.

Without getting into more technobabble, all you need to know is that creatine monohydrate is cheap, safe and effective, so if you're taking your creatine with a big whack of carbs and/or lipoic acid or perhaps cinnamon, there is probably no additional need for Glycocyamine in your supplement arsenal.
