What would be a blue print for a 6-week fat loss program?

I have a friends wedding in about 6-weeks an I have just bought a lovely dress for the occasion, but its a little tight. What would be a rough eating and exercise program?

Diet is going to deliver 70-80% of your results but you should also do HIIT and depletion workouts for maximum results.

I would recommend omitting all sugar and cut your starches in half and make higher-fibre choices. Increase your protein and eat lean protein at every meal and snack (you should get at least 2 grams of protein per kilo of body weight). If you hit a plateau and need to lose more fat, cut the starch in half again.

Do high-volume circuit training (lots of sets of different exercises) with very little rest between sets twice per week and HIIT sessions along with low-intensity cardio (on the other four days) for best results.

This is an ideal scenario. You will still get great results just doing the diet. Adding the depletion will enhance results and then adding HIIT and cardio will each take the results a step further but obviously not everyone is willing to devote that much time to their diet/exercise program (notice I said not "willing", as opposed to not "able" - as everyone can find the time if they really want it...I challenge virtually anyone to try and show that they have less free time than me!).
