Do I replace a meal when on a none training day?

If I'm following the Muscle Diet - Cutting Phase program and I'm on a day off from the gym. Do I replace the Post Workout meal with anything?

Very glad you're using the MuscleDiet Cutting Phase!
You can either skip it, have a protein shake or some other lean source of protein or have a small protein plus low-GI carb snack.
If you find your fat loss has come to a halt for more than 10 days or so, switch this meal to a protein shake/high-protein snack without carbs.

I have had the same dilemma. I'm currently having a week off the gym so I potentially have lost 2 protein shakes. So instead, I have continued to have my post training shake or I have been having a reward meal.
