What is the best way to stay fit whilst pregnant?

I have just discovered I am pregnant with my second child and although I want to take it easy for the next few weeks due to a previous miscarriage, I would like to know what forms of exercise are best? I would like to keep my body in the best shape possible so that I don't get saggy skin afterwards or put on too much unhealthy weight. I normally regularly do interval training and I do not attend a gym. Thanks for the help

First of all congratulations. How far pregnant are you?
Can I ask at what stages of pregnancy you previously miscarried and was there a specific reason for this? This is so I don't give you any bad advice.
