Hello John,

This seems like a good product. It contains:

Hydrolyzed whey protein
Hydrolyzed egg protein
Micellular casein
Creatine
Essential amino acids
Digestive enzymes

The idea is that its a lean muscle builder, and optimises muscle recovery. I have never used it, but I really like some of the products Optimum Nutrition are releasing, so its a product I will be trying.

This is a good product for pre- or post-workout. It has quality proteins, betaine (which increases hydration and exercise performance) and creatine (the most powerful sports supplement of them all), along with added BCAAs, glutamine, arginine & citrulline.

So this is great as a lean gainer if you are being very careful with your carb intake but If you are a hard gainer or do a lot of activity, then you are advised to add a large amount of high-GI carbs (dextrose, maltodextrin, waxy maize, etc) to this product or use a post workout product that already contains these kinds of carbs like Torrent, Halo, Anator, etc...
