Is ECA legal in the US, and is that what Roxylean is?

I'm pretty sure I have seen a supplement called Roxylean and I think this is ECA. Can you buy this in the UK?

Hi Enoch,

Ephedrine is not in Roxylean, but I understand the confusion as it says it has ECA on the label.

Ephedrine is not a product I use, nor do I condone the use of.

Hi Enoch,

Despite the name of this product - containing the words "ECA" - it actually DOESN'T contain the most important 1 out of the 3 "ECA" ingredients. As Dan notes above, ECA is well known to experienced exercisers to refer to the combination of Ephedrine + Caffeine + Aspirin...this product only contains the caffeine and aspirin bit and not the most powerful of the 3 ingredients - ephedrine/ephedra. So a bit of a "marketing job" seems to have been perpetrated here!

However, it does contain 1,3 dimethylamine, which has a very similar effect to ephedrine and probably has many of the same effects on increasing fat-burning/stimulant hormones and decreasing appetite. So this product may have a very similar effect to the original "ECA Stack", as will any of the many geranium/1,3 dimethy.../methyhexanamine products that also contain caffeine.

Therefore, as the situation stands, this product is not technically banned in the USA or the UK - ephedrine/ephedra is banned in most of the United States and in the all of the UK and most of Europe.
