I am trying to get leaner, what can I take to get quicker results

I workout everyday, but I need to lose weight/fat and get results within a 3-5 mth period, is there something I can take that isn't going to hurt me but help me get results fast?

tweak your diet, review and possibly tweak your training, consistency and patience :-)

I would post up your diet and current training for everyone to see, from there it would be easier to provide pointers where appropriate
