Inversion therapy

Hello dan I hear that hanging upside down using an inversion table is very good for back problems,I have slight scoliosis and bulging discs also limited rotation in my thoracic.

Hi Ryan,

I believe this does work for some people but I can't find any proper published science on this specific therapy for scoliosis.
