Hi Nerendra,

It is hard for people who are vegetarian to consume enough high-quality protein to avoid losing muscle, decreasing metabolic rate and increased hunger. On top of that, veg diets are very high in carbohydrates and almost certainly starch. Until the last 10-12 years this was thought to be fine and actually healthy. However it is now becoming clearer every year that high-starch diets create a sub-optimal hormone environment and don't fill people up enough to stave off hunger or boost metabolism. So this is likely the problem you face in losing the last bit of weight.

Not sure if you can eat fish or eggs but if so, do. If not, get your hands on a hemp or pea or other vegan protein powder and substitute more protein for starch in your diet and this should help solve the problem.
