Do I need to take PHD Diet Whey everyday or just days I train?

Hi Mark,

Ive just bought PHD Diet Whey 1kg, do I need to take it every day? Or just on the days I go to the gym?

Also how many serving a day and when is it best to take?

Hi Katy,

Yes, take it every day and depending upon your circumstances, twice. If you replace a meal with a double-scoop serving of Diet Whey, then you'll be well on your way to increasing your protein intake and decreasing your fat and more importantly, your carb intake.

Also, take it within 2 hours of going to the gym - studies prove that you burn more calories for longer if you eat protein before training versus an empty stomach. Also studies prove that if you have amino acids (as delivered by protein) being delivered to the bloodstream (and therefore the muscles), at the outset of exercise, you'll recover better and build more lean muscle also. Finally, Diet Whey has caffeine and green tea - both of which improve muscular and exercise performance and increase the burning of fat during workouts!
