Im due to go for surgery at the end of this month after getting injured training too hard ;-)
This would help my recovery training so I'm back to full fitness quicker.
I have never tried any pre workout stimulants and feel that 50.cal would enable me to take my training to another level. This will then help to get past a training plateau which I am currently in.
I also follow fitness inventor, Jamie Alderton and James St Ledger on facebook and all of whom highly recommend 50.cal as a performance improver and pre workout supplement.
In terms of bodyparts, I have always had trouble motivating myself fully when training legs. 50.cal will enable me to focus and become more determined to improve this lagging bodypart!
Yes please.
Dieting bulking getting bored, no motivation! I took some time off and
Reflected on the goals I set, some I achieved some I failed, I'm glad I failed though, id rather try something and fail then to live in regret!
My training is back on track but still lacking something that little bit extra, something that will make me explode in the gym and train like an animal. Past few weeks I've been researching many Pre-workouts, getting a free sample (aslong as I feel the effect of 50cal will result in my purchasing the product. I know one area I struggle on us legs, 50 cal will be my secret weapon to conquer this!

I have used several products in the past. It becomes an expensive hobby but it is also important to find that 'right' product that works in conjunction your body. This of course helps aid the body in maximising it's potential as part of a well planned routine.
I have yet to find 'that' product.
you recommened it to me on facebook for a focus boost, i always lack focus on either leg day, chest or shoulders so it would help to focus more on these body parts,
i would like to try it as i wanted to try the 50.cal for a long long time
Boom!
I've been given the challenge by my gym staff to achieve the "Olly Foster" look.
I've got all the Whey protein, creatine and tablets for the training at least for the next 3 months.
I'm undecided on the pre workout supplements, and would love a sample of the grenade to see how it is, and will try the workouts you post.
If I did get the sample, I will post monthly pictures of my progress, so you can see how I'm getting on with my training, and will hopefully inspire others to follow I'm my footsteps!

- I work shift work (including nights) and sometimes find it tough to get the energy to pick me up on those in between days
- I have two little great kids under 3, but the broken sleep combined with shift works makes the days off that bit tougher to recover and get up for a good session
- I am also a PT and would love to sample it for recommendations for colleagues and clients
- I need the boost please
Thanks

We still need addresses for: Elizabeth Halpin, Chris Nally & Gary Shillinglaw. Please email these to mark@fitnessinventor.com
