Arms and Legs are thin!!

Hello Sir. I m 23. My height is 5'6" nd weight is 56 k.g. I have been working out but i am not gaining weight. I usually workout 4 days in a week. Its been 6months but my arms nd legs are still thin. Supplements are very costly here. I cant afford to buy. So any suggestion would be helpful. Thank you.
