How big of an effect do fat burner supplements have?

I'm currently on a cut (which is going just fine at the moment) and I've never tried a fat burner supplement before (such as Grenade's) and I'm just wondering if they really are worth it? When is it appropriate to use them?

Probably over 70% of your results will come about from an intelligent, consistent cutting diet. Most of the remaining 30% or so will come from exercise but a significant proportion of fat loss can be from a good fat-burner. Some people get very little additional results from using a fat burner but some people get substantial benefits. This is exactly the same as with pharmaceutical drugs. In some people, they are life saving and in some people they may not be very beneficial.
It's definitely worth trying a fat burner if you can afford it, because good fat burners decrease appetite, increase metabolic rate and increase the amount of fat used for fuel in most people. You'll likely have a pretty good idea of how you react to fat burners after two or three weeks.
