How many multivitamins can you take?

Hi,
I have a multivitamin supplement that says you should only take in once every day. However, would it hurt to take this more than once, for example; 1 in the morning, 1 after youve trained?
Thanks.

There are many various types and strengths of multivitamins. Some have up to 1000 or more times the minimum requirement of of some vitamins and some have a maximum of 100% of each vitamin and mineral. Some are nicely-balanced formulas and some are poorly formulated.
So in other words, I can't possibly tell you whether it is ok to double up your multivitamin without knowing what's in it. Generally, it is not a good idea and you're better off buying a multi that has levels of specific vitamins and minerals that complement your diet and your needs and this actually requires expert advice to get right.
Feel free to ask a new question and tell me your diet, any health issues, family histories of disease and activity/exercise and I'll give you some advice.
