Hi,
My friend has this mi40 training system and wanted me to start it with him. Therefore, I was wondering if anyone knows of anyone that has undergone this? Or if this system is any good; as i don't want to waste any time.
Thanks

training
There are tons of good and bad training systems out there. Some will work great for some people and not so great for others.
How a training system works depends upon what training program you are using at the moment and your genetic ability to withstand neuromuscular and myofibrillar stress.
Ben Pakulski has a degree in Kinesiology, has obviously been training for many years, has worked with successful trainers and his program seems to be on the right track as far as introducing the overload concept and being intense, with short rest periods and lots of volume, so it appears to be an effective program but whether it will actually work for YOU is impossible to say.
There's certainly nothing wrong with trying a certain training program and Ben's looks good but there are also lots of tried and true training programs that you can get for free.
Either way, keep careful records of your training, food intake, supplement use and progress and evaluate it every 6-weeks. This is how to identify what works best for YOU and how to eventually arrive at the perfect system that allows you to reach your personal physical potential.
